Colman Cooney is an experienced executive with a significant background in operations and supply chain management within the infrastructure products sector. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at CRH for Europe, Colman leads multiple departments, including Safety, Sustainability, Environmental, and Operations, fostering a Solutions culture. Colman's prior experience includes a role as Director of Supply Chain Management for multiple sites across several European countries and positions at Cubis Systems as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Operations. Additionally, Colman has held financial roles, including Financial Controller at Carson Industries Limited and Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young. Colman holds an MBA and a Postgraduate Diploma from Henley Business School, a Chartered Accountant qualification from Chartered Accountants Ireland, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Accounting from the University of Limerick.
