Frank Heitman is an accomplished Fixed Operations Director with over three decades of experience in the automotive industry. At Crews Chevrolet since March 2010, Frank has expanded the service team from three Service Advisors and nine technicians to nine Service Advisors and 26 technicians, significantly increasing gross profits and parts inventory. Prior to this, Frank held the position of Area Fixed Operations Director at Stokes Automotive Group where management of eight stores in Georgia and South Carolina resulted in record net profits. Frank also served as Area Fixed Operations Director for Carl Black Automotive Group, overseeing six locations in the southeastern United States, and began a career at Hendrick Automotive Group, where initial roles progressed from Parts Department counter person to Fixed Operations Director, achieving impressive net-to-gross ratios in service and parts.
