David Maxwell has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. David began their career in 1996 as the Director of Logistics at the Beckett Corporation, where they managed 250,000 sq. feet of warehousing and was responsible for 4 offsite shipping locations, including a Montreal Canada facility. David coordinated 600 import containers annually. In 2013, they became the Distribution Center Manager at BFS Services, helping the company's warehousing operations during a time of growth. David evaluated facilities to maximize storage capacity and operational efficiency, as well as coordinated order processes with customers, routings, bids, and evaluated freight rates. In 2016, they joined LMC Corporation as a Senior Project Manager, where they assembled detailed RFP's for clients and wrote Theirtorically Underutilized Business plans for construction projects. David also worked with subcontractors in HUB Mentor/Protege relationships, as well as handled administrative office tasks, payroll submission, and tracked labor costs and other data for tracking project efficiencies. Currently, they are a Construction Manager at Core - Construction.
David Maxwell obtained their Diploma from South Grand Prairie High School. David also holds certifications from UT Arlington OSHA Training Institute Education Center for OHSA #510 Occupational Health and Safety Standards for Construction (2020), Ed2Go for Introduction to Microsoft Project 2016 (2017), International Association for Continuing Education & Training (IACET) for OSHA 30 Certification (2017), and New Life CPR for Online Adult, Child, Infant Cpr & First Aid Class (2019).
