Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Calgary is dedicated to empowering women to excel, influence and lead throughout their commercial real estate careers.

With over 140 members, CREW Calgary offers our membership a network for professional and personal development to positively impact the commercial real estate industry by advancing the power and success of women. Founded as a non-profit society in 2005, CREW Calgary is the fourth of a growing number of Canadian chapters of the worldwide organization, CREW Network. 

As part of CREW Network, the industry's premier networking coalition, Calgary CREW is dedicated to creating a dynamic and supportive environment that promotes professional advancement through knowledge sharing and networking. CREW Network’s membership of more than 10,000 professionals in 70+ major global markets represents all aspects of commercial real estate—providing our members with direct access to real estate professionals across all geographies and disciplines.

We also partner with educational institutions, non-profits, and industry associations to strengthen the position of women in commercial real estate and to promote growth in our industry.

The Committee Team at CREW Calgary consists of various subcommittees, each focusing on different aspects of empowering and advancing women in commercial real estate. These subcommittees organize mentorship programs, facilitate industry awards and galas, plan educational events, manage membership growth, secure sponsorships, and promote the organization through marketing and recognition efforts. Together, they create a cohesive and supportive environment aimed at professional development and industry leadership for women.
