Hannah Brown is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and events coordination. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at Crestron Electronics since May 2021, Hannah previously held the position of Director of Customer Service for the Australia and New Zealand region. Prior roles include Customer Service Manager and Events Coordinator at Informa Australia from June 2016 to May 2021, and Events Customer Operations Supervisor at Informa from September 2011 to January 2016. Early career experience includes a role as a Data Entry Specialist at the Royal Bank of Scotland Business from August 2010 to September 2011. Hannah holds a Diploma of Education in Counselling from the Institute of Applied Psychology, completed in July 2023, and a Diploma of Education in Art & Design from Colchester Institute, obtained in June 2010.
