Lisa Macafee, MBA, PHR, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and education. Currently serving as Franchise Owner at Crestcom International since November 2022, Lisa previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Barrett-Jackson Auction Company from September 2021 to September 2022. Lisa's academic contributions include serving as Adjunct Faculty at Arizona State University from 2016 to 2020, where curriculum design and course facilitation focused on human resources, organizational development, and training. Prior to this, Lisa was Vice President of Human Resources at Crescent Crown Distributing from May 2003 to September 2019, overseeing HR functions for 800 employees and collaborating with executive leadership on strategic initiatives. Lisa holds an MBA, a BS in Business Administration, and a BA in Sociology, all from the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management.
