Charlie Joseph is an experienced managing director with a strong background in sales and marketing within the property development sector. Currently serving as Managing Director at Crest Nicholson plc since January 2022, Charlie also held the role of Sales and Marketing Director. Prior to this position, Charlie was Sales and Marketing Director at Berkeley St Joseph from October 2019 to January 2022, managing diverse developments including urban and semi-rural projects. Charlie's extensive career began at Taylor Wimpey, where a variety of roles spanned from Graduate Trainee to Sales and Marketing Director over a period of twelve years. Charlie holds a BA in Psychology from The University of Manchester and completed education at Epsom College.
