Sharmila R. is an accomplished professional in product design and user experience, currently serving as the Head of Product Design & User Experience at CrescoWorks since June 2019, where a focus is placed on creating advanced recruitment automation solutions. Prior to this role, Sharmila held several positions at Accenture, including Product Manager and Application Development Analyst, from July 2017 to June 2019. Experience also includes a tenure as a Shooting Guard with the Basketball Federation of India from January 2010 to December 2014. Sharmila holds a B.Tech in Information Technology from SSN College of Engineering and has completed multiple prestigious programs, including HBX CoRE in Finance, Economics, and Business Analytics from Harvard Business School, a course in Entrepreneurship at DoMS, IIT Madras, and an International Summer School program at the University of Nottingham focused on Doing Business in Asia.
