Arturo Garay Arroyo has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Arturo recently worked at Crescentia Global Talent Solutions as a Recruitment Director for LATAM Operations and also served as a Senior Technical Recruiter. Prior to that, they were employed at La Granja Villa as the Jefe de Mantenimiento. Arturo spent a significant portion of their career at Divercity Perú, where they worked as the Jefe de Mantenimiento, responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of attractions, services, and administrative areas. Arturo also designed and implemented expansion and modification projects for attractions and ensured continuous improvement across all installations. Before that, they served as a Supervisor de Mantenimiento at Grupo Gloria, where they were responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of various facilities, including dairy factories and auxiliary services. Additionally, they implemented Total Productive Maintenance and worked on continuous improvement projects and new production lines. Earlier in their career, they worked at Southern Peru Copper Corporation as a Coordinador de Control de Procesos, overseeing operations and production in multiple plants and managing control systems and networks. Arturo'sfirst role was at 3M Peru as a Soporte Tecnico.

Arturo Garay Arroyo earned an Engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas from 2009 to 2012. Arturo also completed a Diploma in Operations and Logistics from the same university in 2007. Additionally, they acquired a Technical degree in Industrial Electronics from TECSUP during the period of 1991 to 1993.
