Benjamin Kalayjian is an experienced physician specializing in public health and primary care, currently serving as a Prevention Access Physician at CrescentCare since October 2023, where responsibilities include developing a low-barrier access clinic focused on STI diagnoses, treatment, and prevention. Previously, Benjamin held positions as a Medical Activity Manager with Médecins Sans Frontières and as a Primary Care Physician at CrescentCare, concentrating on HIV, Hepatitis C, STIs, substance use disorders, and gender-affirming care. Benjamin completed residency in Internal Medicine at Tulane University School of Medicine and holds a Master's degree in Community-Based Primary Care Programs in Global Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, as well as a Doctor of Medicine from Tulane University. Early educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan.
