Brett Coppede is an experienced construction professional with a comprehensive background in project management and construction operations. Currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Crescent Communities since February 2022, Brett has previously held positions as a Construction Manager at Kolter Homes and Assistant Superintendent at Signature Property Group, Inc. Earlier experience includes a role as a Field Engineer at Capstone Building Corp., focused on conducting frame and MEP punch processes, and an internship at Wayne Brothers, Inc., where Brett utilized workforce management technology and managed inventory. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship from Western Carolina University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Construction Management Technology from Central Piedmont Community College.
