Geoffery Chiaming Chang is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and management across various roles and companies. Currently serving as Senior Team Lead at Klook since February 2024, Geoffery has also founded the Rener Charitable Fund in July 2019 to support children and teens in need, particularly those who have lost both parents. Prior positions include Associate Customer Success Manager at Helpshift and Keywords Studios, and multiple leadership roles at D&A Co. Ltd., transcosmos inc., and Magnate Holding Group. Geoffery holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in International Law and Legal Studies from National Taipei University and has degrees in French Language and Literature and Navigation.
