Scott Wingrat is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as Managing Principal at Cresa since April 2012, where previous roles include Principal and Senior Vice President. Prior to Cresa, Scott worked as a Real Estate Advisor at MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC from December 2010 to April 2012, and as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at Preston Partners, Inc. and Corridor Reznick, LLC from 2007 to 2010. Scott began the career as a Property Manager at MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC in 2007 and also held a position as Production Manager at Flowers and Fancies. An alumnus of Elon University, Scott earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Business Management from 2002 to 2006.
