Eric Rose has been working in the real estate industry since 2011. Eric started their career as a Reporting Specialist at National Research Corporation in April 2011, and then moved on to become a Real Estate Analyst at Novogradac & Company LLP in December 2012. In 2015, they joined Cresa Omaha as a Senior Advisor, and later became a Vice President in June 2017. In March 2018, Eric became the Managing Principal at Cresa, where they offer a range of services including site selection, market analysis, strategic lease negotiation, transaction management, and portfolio management. Their expertise in investment real estate and market analysis allows him to understand the goals and motivations of owners and landlords to benefit their clients. Eric is known for their knowledge of the market and aggressive negotiations to ensure the best deals for their clients.

Eric Rose earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they attended from 2006 to 2011.
