Damian Rivera, SIOR, serves as the Managing Principal at Cresa since May 2022. Previously, Damian held the position of Partner in Tenant Advisory Services at esrp from September 2013 to May 2022, where the company focused on assisting clients in commercial real estate across over 40 countries. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President and Co-manager of Tenant Representation at Stream Realty Partners from June 2007 to September 2013 and as Director of Corporate Services at Capstone Commercial Real Estate Group, Inc. from September 2002 to June 2007.
