Adrian Moran is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property management and account administration. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at Cresa since October 2020, Adrian supervises a team of five Lease Administrators, managing portfolio maintenance for approximately 1,200 lease files across six corporate clients. Prior to this role, Adrian held various positions at Cushman & Wakefield—formerly DTZ—culminating in the role of Portfolio Administration Manager, overseeing a team of Portfolio Administrators for Global Occupier Service clients. Experience also includes leadership roles at Malet Realty Ltd and Klaff Realty, where management of substantial property portfolios and tenant relations were key responsibilities. Adrian began the professional journey as a Financial Accountant at Cushman & Wakefield and has a solid educational foundation with a BA in English from Macalester College.
