Rachel Amos has been serving as the Assistant Site Director at CREOKS Behavioral Health Services since July 2021. Alongside this role, Rachel has been involved with Creoks Mental Health Center since February 2014, holding positions as a Service Coordinator and Family Wellness Support Provider. Rachel earned a Bachelor's degree in Mental Health Counseling from East Central University, completing the program in 2006.
