Jeff has more than 20 years of nonprofit management and organizational development experience. Jeff’s consulting portfolio includes strategic planning, leadership development, DEI/racial equity, team effectiveness and executive search. Jeff has extensive experience delivering group-learning programs to diverse groups of people and implementing organizational development interventions with organizations of varying sizes and issue areas. In addition, Jeff has served as a coach to a range of managers and executive leaders in organizations throughout New York City. During his tenure at CRE, Jeff has led CRE’s consulting and leadership development business lines and filled in as the interim Director of Finance and Operations.
