Alekha Dash has been serving at Creighton University since December 1990, currently holding the position of Associate Dean for Research, in addition to serving as Chair and Professor. Since March 2008, Alekha Dash has held the Gilbert F. Taffee, Jr. Endowed Chair at Creighton University School of Pharmacy & Health Professions. Alekha Dash earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Pharmaceutics from the University of Minnesota between October 1984 and December 1990, and earlier obtained an M Pharm in Pharmacy and a B. Pharm in Pharmacy from Jadavpur University, completing those degrees in 1983 and 1981, respectively.
