Otilio Rivera is an experienced construction management professional with a diverse background spanning several key roles in the retail and commercial sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Creighton Construction & Development, Otilio oversees the construction of 7-Eleven stores in South Florida. Previous experience includes significant positions at Chico's FAS, Inc., where Otilio managed the development of store projects in Mexico and other regions, as well as overseeing numerous brand stores across the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Otilio's expertise further extends to roles at Charlotte Russe, Ann Taylor, NY Design Architects, Bohler Engineer, Starbucks Coffee, Corporate Design of America, and Lepore Monteverde Architects, showcasing a strong capability in construction management, project coordination, and architectural design. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Architectural Science and Studies from the New York Institute of Technology and the Institute of Design and Construction.
