Patrícia Morena Ferreira possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving in the Recursos humanos role at credsystem since March 2020. Prior to this, Patrícia held the position of Coordenadora de Recursos Humanos at GRUPO CIMED from March 2010 to December 2019, where responsibilities included coordinating recruitment and selection, developing training plans, and implementing organizational development strategies. Earlier roles included various HR analyst positions across companies such as Tok Take Alimentação Ltda. and Intervalor Gestão de Crédito e Cobrança Ltda. Patrícia holds a postgraduate degree in Leadership and People Development from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and has completed a Business Partner specialization at Ornellas - Escola de RH, alongside a degree in Psychology from Universidade São Marcos.
