David Q. Hao possesses extensive experience in higher education administration, currently serving as an Affiliate Consultant at Credo since October 2020, where David collaborates with colleges to enhance student success. Prior to this role, David was the Head of School at Veritas Christian Academy of Houston from June 2022 to January 2024 and held multiple leadership positions at the University of St. Thomas (TX) between February 2020 and June 2022, including Associate Vice President for Student Affairs & Dean of Students. David's earlier experience includes a significant tenure as Title IX Coordinator and Dean of Student Success & Advising at Houston Baptist University from February 2011 to March 2020. David also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor, teaching a variety of undergraduate and graduate courses. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Boston College Law School and a Master’s in Higher Education Administration from Boston College, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Baylor University.
