Jenn Lowe serves as the Product Support Lead at CreditXpert since June 2024 and previously held various roles at Accruent from March 2017 to June 2024, including Senior Manager of Customer Enablement, Support Manager, Associate Support Manager, Software Support Specialist I, and Support Associate. Jenn participated in the FBS Ignite program at Fortive from August 2021 to October 2021, which provided extensive business training and mentorship. Educational achievements include an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts and Hospitality/Restaurant Management from Anne Arundel Community College (2013-2015) and attendance at the University of Colorado Boulder (2008-2010), along with a high school diploma from Kent Island High School (2004-2008).
