Vishwas Wagh has worked as an HR - Learning & Development professional at CreditAccess Grameen Limited since October 2017. Prior to that, they completed a summer internship at Axis Bank in June and July 2016.

Vishwas Wagh studied at Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University in Amravati, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA). Afterwards, they attended Shri Sant Gajanan Maharaj College of Engineering in Shegaon, where they completed a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance. Additionally, they obtained another Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the same college, this time focusing on Marketing.
