Kumar Singh has work experience in various roles and companies. Kumar started their career in 2016 as an Administrator at CEAT Tyres Limited. Kumar then moved on to Chaitanya India Fin Credit Pvt Ltd in 2018, where they held the position of Divisional HR & Administration until February 2021. From March 2021 to May 2023, they served as the Senior Regional Human Resources Manager at the same company. Currently, since May 2023, Kumar is working as an Assistant Manager Human Resources at CreditAccess Grameen Limited.

Kumar Singh completed their Master's degree in LSW from Magadh University, between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they pursued a BBM degree from Gaya College, Gaya, from 2011 to 2014.
