Paul Jariabek has over 20 years of experience in the IT and information security field. Paul started their career in 2000 as a Systems Engineer at PETsMART.com. Paul then moved on to roles such as Sr. Support Engineer at Xdrive and Sr. Network Engineer at Peerless Systems. In 2004, Paul joined First Federal Bank of California as a Network Operations Supervisor & Architect, and later became the Network Security Officer. From 2008 to 2011, they served as the Vice President of IT at Coast Asset Management. Paul then took on the role of IT Director at Shield HealthCare from 2011 to 2015. In 2015, they joined FCR as the Vice President of IT and Information Security Officer. Following that, they worked as the Vice President of Information Security at Banc of California from 2017 to 2018. Currently, Paul holds the position of VP IT and CISO at Credit Union of Southern California.

Paul Jariabek obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, which they attended from 1996 to 1999.
