Satyajit Pradhan is an experienced Scrum Master and Automation Architect at Credit Suisse since July 2018, responsible for project management, backlog management, and team empowerment within the Scrum framework. Prior to this, Satyajit held the position of Senior Manager - Testing at Fiserv from November 2012 to June 2018, focusing on QA project planning and mobile testing projects. Earlier roles include Project Manager for Retail Internet Banking projects at ACI Worldwide in Singapore, where Satyajit managed on-site project developments for various countries, and Production Support Manager at Lightbulb Technology Services. Satyajit began a career as a QA Lead at Symphony Services from 2004 to 2007. Educational background includes Baroda High School.
