Meena Kothari is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director and Country Head of HR for India at Credit Suisse since May 2023, Kothari previously held the position of Head HR for India at Rabobank from June 2019 to May 2023. Further experience includes serving as Head HR for RBS Plc. in India from May 2012 to June 2019, and leading HR and training at Karvy Private Wealth and Karvy Capital from September 2009 to November 2011. Kothari began a career in executive search for the BFSI sector at EmmayHR from 2007 to September 2009 and started as a Buying Assistant in a general trading company from January 2004 to March 2007. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Government Law College, Mumbai, completed in September 2021, and an MBA in Strategic Management from Middlesex University, completed in 2006.
