Jessica A. has a long and varied work history, beginning in 2002 as a Collections Account Manager for Encore RMI. Jessica then moved to Wells Fargo Auto in 2007, where they held the same role. In 2013, Jessica became a Credit Collections Supervisor for 3GF, and in 2015 they became a Legal Collection Compliance Officer for The Law Office of Berman and Rabin. In 2016, they were a Legal Compliance for Mill Creek Law Offices, and in 2017 they became a Collections Vendor Relationship Manager for Home Credit US. In 2020, Jessica was a Client Success Manager for TrueAccord, and in 2021 they became a Director of Collections and Loss Mitigation for Jetty. Most recently, they have been a Risk Operations Manager and Loss Control & Recovery for Credit Key since 2022.
