Jennifer Lou possesses extensive experience in finance operations and investment banking. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Finance Operations and Treasury at Credit Karma since October 2018, Jennifer has previously held roles such as Finance Operations and Treasury Manager and Financial Operations. Prior to Credit Karma, Jennifer worked at McKinsey & Company as a Senior Knowledge Analyst in Strategy & Corporate Finance from August 2017 to September 2018. Additionally, Jennifer gained experience at HSBC Global Banking and Markets as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Mergers & Acquisitions Group from August 2015 to July 2017, following an internship in the same group as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst in 2014. Educationally, Jennifer graduated from NYU Stern School of Business in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics, complemented by a minor in Psychology.
