John Itokazu is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer experience, technology, and operations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at Credit.com, John also holds the title of Senior Vice President of Technology, Operations, and Customer Experience. Previous roles include Chief Information Officer and Co-Chief Information & Operations Officer at MUFG in the Americas, as well as Chief Information & Operations Officer and Senior Executive Vice President at MUFG Union Bank, N.A. In addition to these positions, John has contributed as an Advisory Board Member at DoubleCheck Solutions and served as Managing Director, Consultant, and Advisor at OpusMark.
