Utkarsh Yadav began their work experience in 2019 as a Summer Intern at Angel Broking. In 2020, they joined CareEdge Group as an Analyst in the Large Corporate Group. Utkarsh later became a Lead Analyst (Ratings) for Large Corporate Groups. Their current role at CareEdge Group began in June 2022.

Utkarsh Yadav completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General from the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Civil Engineering from Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering and Technology, Jhansi from 2014 to 2018. Utkarsh has an additional certification in Finance and Banking Fundamentals(India) from Finitiatives Learning India Pvt Ltd. (FLIP), although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
