Riddhi Bhayani's work experience begins in 2012 at CRISIL, where they worked as a Business Development Executive from February 2012 to June 2018. Riddhi then transitioned to CARE Ratings Ltd. in 2018, where they continue to hold the role of Business Development Executive.

Riddhi Bhayani obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from S.I.E.S College of Commerce and Economics in 2008. Later, Riddhi pursued a Master of Commerce degree in Management from the University of Mumbai. Riddhi also attended the University of Mumbai for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing, starting in 2011.
