Marcel PHAN has extensive experience in information systems within the capital markets sector, currently serving as Deputy Head of Information Systems at Cr¨¦dit Agricole CIB since September 2019. Previously, Marcel held multiple leadership roles at Soci¨¦t¨¦ G¨¦n¨¦rale Corporate and Investment Banking, including Global Head of Information Systems for Commodities Markets and Head of Front Office IT teams, spearheading significant organizational transformations and operational efficiencies. Notable achievements include leading a global agile tribe to enhance productivity, implementing an award-winning online trading platform, and establishing a development center in Bangalore. Marcel holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and an Engineer's degree from Arts et M¨¦tiers - ?cole Nationale Sup¨¦rieure d'Arts et M¨¦tiers.
