Caio Santos has a comprehensive work experience in credit risk and analysis. Caio started their career as an intern at Liderança Cobranças Inteligentes, where they were responsible for collection activities and maintaining contracts. Caio then joined China Construction Bank (CCB Brasil) as an Analyst, where they analyzed financial statements and presented opinions on credit limits. Caio further enhanced their credit analysis skills at Atradius, where they served as an Analyst and Underwriter for large corporate clients. Caio also worked at General Motors as a Senior Credit Risk Analyst, conducting credit analysis and presenting in executive committees. Prior to their current role as a Vice President of Credit Risk at Crédit Agricole CIB, they held positions as a Credit Specialist at China Construction Bank (CCB Brasil) and Grupo Multiplica, specializing in agribusiness credit. Caio's work experience demonstrates their expertise in credit risk assessment, financial analysis, and presentation skills.

Caio Santos pursued a bachelor's degree in Economics, specializing in the field of Economics, from Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM, between 2010 and 2014. Caio then attended Saint Paul Escola de Negócios from 2015 to 2016, receiving a CFM - Certificate in Financial Markets. Caio furthered their education by obtaining a Master's degree in Finance from Fundação Escola de Comércio Álvares Penteado from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are enrolled in Escola Superior de Agricultura "Luiz de Queiroz," pursuing an MBA in Agribusiness with a focus on Finance, from 2022 to 2023.
