Michael Cermak is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the automotive finance industry. Currently serving as Market Area Manager at Credit Acceptance since January 2017, Michael has a strong background in managing dealer relationships and sales strategies. Prior to this role, Michael worked as Dealer Relationship Manager - Loan Officer II at Crescent Bank & Trust from September 2012 to January 2017, and held the position of Area Sales Manager at Wells Fargo Auto Finance, Wells Fargo Dealer Services, and GM Financial from October 2004 to September 2012. Michael earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the State University of New York at Oswego between 1997 and 2001.
