Erick Tapia currently serves as VP Cultura y Gestión del Cambio at Credicorp Capital since April 2020, leading initiatives in Culture, Change Management, Internal Communication, Employer Branding, and Innovation Management. Prior to this role, Erick held various positions including VP Change Management at Diageo and managerial roles focused on continuous process improvement and transformation across Latin America. Additional experience includes senior coordination and IT positions at Backus and operations supervision at Nestlé. Erick's educational background includes an MBA from PAD - Escuela de Dirección de la Universidad de Piura, specialization in Project Management from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, and a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, complemented by a program in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
