Currently serving as the Brand Owner at You First Cosmetics since June 2021, Nissan oversees production processes, pricing strategies, and quality control. Previously, as the Head of Customer Service Team at Black Rock, Nissan managed a team of 20 to enhance service efficiency. In the hospitality sector, Nissan held positions such as Deputy Director of Food and Beverages at Alexander Hotel, focusing on department management and staff development, and Manager of Shizen-Bar Restaurant and Ranch House, where Nissan directed operations and customer relations. Earlier experience includes leading the Security Center shift at Pelephone, ensuring employee safety and facility security.
