Prateek Upadhyay is an experienced professional in collections management, currently serving as the Collection Lead at CRED since November 2020, where responsibilities include establishing a collections execution framework and enhancing the collections tech stack for operational efficiency. Prior to CRED, Prateek held the role of Associate Director at PayU since July 2018, focusing on developing collection infrastructure and managing Net Credit Loss (NCL) metrics. Earlier experience includes serving as Collection Head (AVP) at Indifi Technologies, and at SBI Card, where Prateek developed recovery strategies and operational plans for collections. Additional experience was gained as a Regional Collection Manager at GE Capital, overseeing operations in Uttar Pradesh. Prateek holds a PGDBM in Marketing Management from IMS Ghaziabad and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Christ Church Boys School.
