Vanessa D. currently serves as the Head of People and Culture at Creature Technology Co., starting in June 2024. Prior to this role, Vanessa was the Chief People Officer at Art Processors from January 2019 to June 2024, contributing to innovative experiential design and technology initiatives. As Co-Founder and COO of Code Like a Girl from August 2016 to June 2019, Vanessa focused on empowering young girls in coding and technology through various events and workshops. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Women's Legal Service Victoria and Kingston City Council, along with human resources consulting at SACS Consulting and Back In Motion Health Group. Vanessa holds multiple degrees in Human Resources, Organisational Development, and Leadership, with ongoing education in Organisation Dynamics.
