Nancy Haubert currently serves as Vice President of Source Plasma Operations at Creative Testing Solutions, a position held since December 2017, and has previously taken on roles such as Senior Director of Organizational Change Management and Director of Laboratory Integrations within the same organization. With an extensive career in the blood banking and laboratory operations sector since 1984, Nancy has been a member of the South Central Association of Blood Banks and has held various leadership positions at Creative Testing Solutions, Blood Systems Labs, and Carter BloodCare. Nancy earned a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from UT Southwestern Medical Center and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
