Jeffrey Modell currently serves as Chief Information Officer at Creative Testing Solutions since October 2022 and is also a member of the Digital Directors Network since July 2023. Previously, Modell held the position of Chief Information Officer and Director of the Division of Information Technology at the International Atomic Energy Agency from March 2014 to October 2022, leading a €23M IT division and significantly improving gender balance in leadership roles. Other notable roles include Division Chief for Financial and Administrative Systems and IT Client Services at the International Monetary Fund, interim Vice President of IT Infrastructure Services at the American Red Cross, and Director of IT Strategic Services at The Washington Post Company. Modell's career began at American Management Systems, Inc., where extensive experience in software development and project management was gained. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Finance from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University Global.
