Ben Victory has over 15 years of experience in engineering and quality assurance, holding key positions across multiple companies. Currently working at Creative Techniques, Inc. since September 2020, Ben previously led quality assurance efforts at Shuert Technologies and served as Engineering Manager at both Plastic Engineering & Technical Services, Inc. and Sur-Form Corporation. Ben’s role at Plastic Engineering involved coordinating projects across the United States, China, and Mexico, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication regarding customer concerns. With a solid foundation in technical science and computer-aided design from Oakland Community College, complemented by early experience in software application development, Ben has developed extensive expertise in engineering management and design.
