Steve Gminski is an accomplished professional in the architectural and construction industries, currently serving as the Pre-Construction Estimating Manager at CreativeOfficeResources since December 2021. With a solid background as an Architectural Wall Account Manager at Creative Office Pavilion from April 2011 to April 2022, Steve has honed skills in managing projects from initial client engagement to completion while building relationships with diverse stakeholders, including clients, designers, and contractors. Steve's earlier experience includes roles as an architectural intern and draftsman at firms such as The Architecture Department, Dennis Mires P.A, and TMS Architects, as well as management experience at Findeisen's Ice Cream and merchandising at The Sports Authority. Steve holds a Master’s degree in Architecture and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, both from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
