Jessica Kauther has extensive experience in project management and coordination within the hospitality and event industries. Currently serving as Project Manager and Sr. Registration Manager at Creative Group, Inc., since January 2019, Jessica contributes to designing global programs aimed at motivating individuals. Previous roles include Sales and Marketing Coordinator and Administrative Assistant at Eleganté Cuisine, Front Desk Associate at Westin Hotels & Resorts, and Front Desk positions at Hyatt Place. Early career experiences include an internship with the Night Club and Bar Show, gymnastics instruction at Schaumburg Park District, and working as an Inclusion Aide at Northwest Special Recreation Association. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Roosevelt University, earned between 2017 and 2018.
