Scott Kammerer is an experienced foodservice professional currently serving as the Foodservice Director at Creative Dining Services since April 2018. In addition to this role, Scott has been a Board Member at Vincent Village and Board President at Three Rivers Natural Grocery since 2014 and 2012, respectively. Prior experience includes serving as Culinary Director and Executive Chef for the Fort Wayne TinCaps from April 2009 to April 2018, and holding the position of Food & Beverage Director and Executive Chef at Hilton Garden Inn from March 2005 to April 2009. An interim General Manager role at Holiday Inn Express & Suites was undertaken in 2007. Scott holds a degree from the University of Saint Francis, completed from 1998 to 2002, and graduated from Wayne High School in 1991.
