Rosialee Cunningham is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Executive Chef at Creative Dining Services, overseeing dining services at the Ent Federal Credit Union corporate office since May 2021. Prior experience includes working as a Catering Manager, where responsibilities included managing day-to-day catering events and ensuring high-quality food service operations. Previously, Rosialee served as a Sous Chef at Harbour's Edge from March 2010 to April 2017, assisting the executive chef and creating menus for personal dinners. An early career began with an apprenticeship at The Broadmoor from January 2002 to March 2008, where culinary skills were developed through diverse training in various food outlets. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Health Services from South University and culinary foundations received at The Broadmoor Hotel, complemented by a high school diploma from Harrison High School.
