Jim Hegarty, Cert IOSH, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health, safety, environmental management, and training within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Health, Safety, Environmental and Training (HSET) Manager at Creative Composites since June 2022, Jim previously held positions as Health, Safety and Training Manager at Linamar Light Metals Belfast and Montupet, where responsibilities included managing health and safety needs and training programs. Starting a career in 1991 at Boss Trucks, Jim advanced from Production Operator to Parts & Service Administrator, accumulating valuable expertise in operational oversight and training coordination throughout various roles. Education was completed at Methodist College Belfast from 1981 to 1986.
