Paul Knytl is a seasoned professional with a strong background in analytics, data science, and structural engineering. Currently serving as the Analytics & Insights Manager at Creative Assembly since August 2023, Paul leads a team in developing analytics and insights strategies. As Senior Game Analyst at Pro Populo Behavioural Data Science and Director & Chief Behavioural Scientist, Paul focuses on understanding client and employee data. Previous roles include Senior Data Science Consultant at Ekimetrics and Consulting Analyst at TrueCue, where Paul applied data-driven approaches to support major brands and commercial clients. Paul holds a PhD in Psychology (Cognitive Neuroscience) and has extensive experience in engineering, having served in roles such as Team Lead at Civeo North America and Structural Engineer at Protostatix Engineering Consultants Inc. Education includes a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering and an M.Eng. in Construction Management from the University of Alberta, along with advanced degrees from the University of Surrey.
