Rob Sipll, MBA, possesses extensive leadership experience in the technology and energy sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President & General Manager for the Central & Mexico Region at Creation Technologies. Previously, Rob held multiple Vice President roles at Flex, overseeing various business units, including Industrial, Energy, and Global Solar Energy. Additional contributions include serving as an Appointed Council Member at Merck and a Board Member for the Fuel Cell & Hydrogen Energy Association (FCHEA). Rob's academic background features a Master of Business Administration from The University of Dallas and a Bachelor of Science in Golf Course Operation and Grounds Management from Tarleton State University.
